What cities do you serve?
We currently deliver in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore — across selected pincodes. Use the pincode checker on the homepage to confirm.
How fresh is the food?
Every tiffin is cooked the same morning it is delivered. We never serve food that has been refrigerated overnight.
Plans
Can I pick my own delivery days?
Yes! Choose any combination of Mon to Sat (Sun on request in select cities) when you build your subscription.
What if I am not in town for a few days?
Use the Pause feature in your dashboard or app — your subscription extends automatically by the same number of days.
Payments
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available on first delivery. For monthly plans, we recommend UPI AutoPay or upfront UPI/card.
How do refunds work?
Pro-rata refunds for unused meals on cancellation. Refunds are credited to the original payment mode within 5 working days.
Delivery
When do you deliver?
Lunch slot: 12:00 to 1:30 pm. Dinner slot (where available): 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
How is delivery tracked?
You receive SMS and app notifications when your tiffin is out for delivery and when it is delivered, along with a proof-of-delivery photo.
